I want to install an Apps, do I need to log in to my back-office ?
Yes. The Apps Store interacts directly with your back office. You can log in simply by clicking on "Add App". Once connected, you can install or configure Apps independently.
What is an "required" App?
Some Apps only work if another Apps is already installed. In this case, it's necessary to install both. Without having installed the "required" App, the other one will not be able to display or work properly. For example, the Apps Mandatory Notification Cookies must be installed for cookies from the Google Tag Manager or other tracking Apps.
Can I try an Apps ?
Why are some Apps need a quotation?
Some Apps require an technical and commercial analysis and are only available on quote.
Why do some Apps put me in contact with an Oxatis partner?
Some Apps are created by Oxatis partners that we have selected for you. For these Apps, please contact our partners directly by clicking on the main button.
My site is available in several languages, do I need to buy several Apps?
An App is attached to a site. It's available for the 8 native languages of your site (French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Portuguese and Catalan). You can manage different settings per language.
If you have created several sites to manage your international activity, you will need one Apps per site.
I have installed an App, why doesn't it appear on my desktop or mobile website?
Once the Apps is added to your website, it must be installed and for some of them, setted up. You will find useful tips in the online help. Make sure that the Apps is set to be live on the language and device you are testing on.

I have a custom design, will the Apps work on my website?
All Apps are designed to work on all Oxatis sites out of the box.
However, if you have a custom design on your site, a CSS overlay may be necessary to make them display perfectly.

I need help, how do I get in touch with you?
Most Apps come with dedicated online help. You can easily find it in the "Characteristics" tab of each Apps page.

When do I get billed for my Apps ?
You have purchased an App, the invoice is immediately recorded with the payment properties of the site and the App is directly accessible in your administration area.
In case of payment by credit card, the payment is immediate. In case of SEPA payment, the application is sent to the bank within 3 to 5 days.

What does "partner pricing" means?
Some Apps need services from a partner to work. Each of them applies its own pricing for its services. The price indicated in the Apps pages only concerns the amounts billed by Oxatis.
